Lagu SG (Sexy Girl) adalah kolaborasi internasional antara produser dari Prancis DJ Snake, penyanyi-penulis lagu Puerto Rico Ozuna, rapper Amerika Megan Thee Stallion dan artis K-pop LISA dari girl band Korea Selatan "BLACKPINK".

Seperti judul lagunya, “SG” adalah tentang terbawa oleh seorang gadis seksi untuk menghabiskan waktu bersama. Bagian terakhir dari lagu upbeat yang dinyanyikan oleh LISA memberikan akhir yang manis karena dia ingin jatuh cinta daripada hanya menghabiskan satu malam bersama.

DJ Snake pertama kali mengisyaratkan kolaborasi dengan LISA pada utas Twitter Mei 2021, menanggapi komentar penggemar. Utas sejak itu telah dihapus. Kemudian, di bulan yang sama, ia kembali menggoda lagu tersebut dengan sebuah story Instagram, menandai akun resmi BLACKPINK dan LISA. Nama LISA juga bisa dilihat pada judul lagu vokal.

Di 13 Oktober 2021, DJ Snake secara resmi mengumumkan judul lagu dan semua artis yang ditampilkan. Dia telah bekerja dengan Ozuna sebelumnya, termasuk hit 2018 "Taki Taki," yang disisipkan ke dalam lagu ini.

Artis lainnya tidak pernah bekerja sama dan lagu tersebut menandai kolaborasi pertama mereka.
